Bliss Balls #5– makes 20 balls

12 dates pitted and chopped

150g hazelnut

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

3Tb dried cranberries

extra coconut

Method

Place all together in blender and blitz until sticky

put 2tsp in palm and roll

roll into coconut then place on tray and freeze

thaw in fridge for serving

keeps upto 2 week in zip lock snack bags

 

Bliss Balls #6- makes 14 balls

12 dried Turkish apricot and chopped

150g macadamia nuts

1 Tb honey or maple syrup

1Tb cocao nibs

3Tb almond meal

3 weatbix

Sesame seeds for rolling

Method

Place all together in blender and blitz until sticky

put 1Tb in palm and roll

roll into sesame seeds  then place on tray and freeze

thaw in fridge for serving

keeps upto 2 week in zip lock snack bags

 

Bliss Balls #7- makes 9 balls

12 dates pitted and chopped

150g almonds

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

3Tb almond meal

2Tb cocao powder

1tsp vanilla extract pure

2Tb water

extra coconut

Method

Place all together in blender and blitz until sticky *add a tsp more water if not sticky

put 1Tb in palm and roll

roll into coconut then place on tray and freeze

thaw in fridge for serving

keeps upto 2 week in zip lock snack bags
