Breakfast #39

Hotpot #1-Yellow Curry beef – I love a good Asian Hotpot. No need for rice or broth to be added to this which would then make it a stir fry. 

Ingredients serves 2

1 tsp of each : minced garlic, ginger, fish sauce, brown sugar

1Tb Adam yellow curry paste,

1 green shallot diced

2Tb water

100 g roast beef precooked

3 small organic carrot sliced

1/4 small organic cabbage sliced

100g organic mushroom sliced

2Tb Raw C Coconut Milk

Method:

place all ingredients into frypan on stove

cook on low until vegetables are cooked through

serve hot.
