First Place For Health Recipe- Greek Pita *adapted see my pita recipe

I made my own pita

serves 1

1tsp organic Greek yogurt,

1/4 cup organic flour

2-3 Tb water.

Method:

Mix together until ball forms. If sticky add a little more flour.

Flatten out with palms on floured board.

Spray with coconut oil spray and put in non stick skillet until brown appears.

Flip and spray 2nd side. Cook until brown appears.

Cut into quarters or 3rds.
