Breakfast Day#35

Tip: if you have protein at breakfast it keeps you going until lunch.


Ingredients Serves 1

1 free range egg

1 bacon rasher

3 mushroom

1tsp butter

1 pinch garlic powder



in non stick skillet cook bacon and egg to your liking

in separate small skillet add butter and mushroom with garlic powder and cook 1-2 minutes on both sides.

Serve with bacon and egg.
