My Recipe Turkey Cranberry open Gluten-free bun

Ingredients serves 1

1 Gluten-free Roll toasted

1/2 Avocado sliced

W handful mixed leaves

1Tb mayo

1Tb cranberry sauce

4 Slices Turkey Deli

1/2 cucumber fresh from Vegepod

Method

split roll in half and toast in toaster

Slice avocado into strips.

Spread roll with mayonnaise.

Top with leaves, avocado, turkey and cranberry sauce.
