My Recipe Steamed fish with lemon ginger vegetables 

Ingredients Serves 4

2 x 200g (boneless & skinless) Basa Fish Fillets

1 bunch broccolini Cut in half (keep stems)

2 baby bok Choi Cut in half lengthwise

1 large Green Shallot cut on diagonal

1/2 large sweet potato cut into wedges

1cm Ginger peeled and sliced

1 lemon sliced.

Method

Place fish in microwave steamer and cook for 10min if frozen or 6min if thawed

prepare vegetables as listed

place sweet potato in second steamer.

When fish is done leave lid on.

Cook sweet potato for 6 minutes.

Place remaining ingredients with lemon and ginger in casserole dish.

When sweet potato is cooked put casserole dish in microwave for 5 minutes.

Serve ingredients into 4 even serves.
