My Recipe: Lamb Thai Oyster Bowl

Ingredients serves 1

1/4 Woolworths cooked lamb roast

1 carrot ribbons

1/2 Cucumber sliced

1/2 Cup cooked basmati rice

1 handful mixed leaves

1Tb Thai Oyster Sauce

 

Method:

Place rice in middle of bowl

Slice lamb into strips place around the rice

ribbon the carrot with peeler with long strokes down carrot ( just as you would peel it) and place in bowl

cut cucumber on diagonal Place in bowl

Place mixed leaves in bowl

drizzle with the oyster sauce

Microwave bowl for 1 1/2 minutes for warm bowl

or enjoy as a cold bowl
