2 grass-fed sausages
1 tomato halved
1 Portobello Mushroom quartered
2 strips red capsicum
2 rashers bacon
Cook sausages and bacon with tomato, mushroom and capsicum in frypan.
Distribute ingredients evenly between 2 side plates
Serve with avocado
