Breakfast #15 : Prawn Salad

Today’s temperatures are expected to be high 30*s nearer 40*c and already it’s getting humid at 630am.  So salad is on my menu.

Ingredients serves 1

6 sustainable Prawns

1/2 organic orange

1 Handful mesclun

1Tb Avocado Mayo

Method:

Cut orange into slices.

Place salad on plate.

Add prawns.
