Sauces: homemade Mint sauce

I made this a few days ago so hence colour isn’t as bright but still tastes great. Mint was picked fresh from my herb pot the day of making it.

Ingredients makes 1 small mason jar

2 handfuls fresh mint leaves

1Tb apple cider vinegar mother’s earth

1Tb white vinegar

1tsp raw organic sugar

Method

Place all in pot and heat until sugar dissolves

Pour into clean jar with lid on

Keep in fridge until needed
