Breakfast #11: Fresh Prawns & Vegan Mayo

I love prawns and get the prawn ring to save time which has 4 serves.

Ingredients serves 1

6 fresh prawns (shrimp) with tails (sustainable seafood)

1Tb Vegan Avocado Mayo (see previous post)

1 handful mixed organic lettuce

Method:

Place prawns on plate then lettuce

Top with mayo.
