Velveting chicken is the braised way to cook Chinese chicken without batter and without deep frying. Simple to do but you do need 1 hour to marinate in velvet process.
Ingredients Serves 4
1 qty velvet chicken *see separate post for recipe
1 qty homemade curry sauce *see separate post for recipe
1 cup stir fry vegetables (I used up green beans, red and green cabbage)
Stir fry chicken with your choice of vegetables.
Add curry and mix well.
