Breakfast #09: Honey sesame chicken

 

This is a quick stir fry for 2. You don’t need many ingredients to make it.

Ingredients:  Serves 2

1 breast fillet cut thinly

1large organic carrot

1 green shallot

1 celery stalk

1tsp garlic minced

1tsp. Chicken stock powder

1 Tb honey

Qtb sesame seeds

1 cup water

Method

cut chicken into thin pieces

cut carrot celery and shallot into similar size pieces

stir fry all together with remaining ingredients
