Sunday Morning Breakfasts are a quick one. It takes less than 5 minutes to make these jars.
Ingredients serves 1
30g (1oz) Mixed Frozen berries
60g (2oz) Organic Yogurt
5g (1tsp) 100% maple syrup
30g (1oz) mixed nuts and seeds
Place yogurt, berries, maple syrup and nuts/seeds and mix well.
great breakfast or snack on the run.
I use small mason jars with lids which keeps them in fridge for a week. You can prepare a few days all at once save time later during week when you want to grab and go. I also take these on vacation.
