Lunch #04: Kale Salad

Homegrown Kale fresh from my Vegepod. Love this salad.

Ingredients Serves 1

1/2 lemon Juiced

1/2 Tb (10g) Red Wine Vinegar

1Tb (20g) Olive Oil

1/2 tsp (3g) Dijon Mustard

1 Cup (250g) Fresh Kale

1 light pinch Sea-salt

1 handful Walnuts

1Tb (20g) Parmesan Grated

Method:

Mix all together in bowl and Enjoy!
