Lunch #02: Peking Pork

I picked these bertocchi brothers Peking Pork steak up at the supermarket at Christmas and froze them for a day like today when heat is overwhelming me and I wanted a quick meal.

Ingredients Serves 1
3 Peking Pork steak slices
1 handful mixed leaves
3 coriander leaves

Method:

I heated 3 slices on a plate in microwave from frozen for 2 minutes they were done. I drained off the water from plate before placing on serving plate.
1 handful of mixed leaves around plate and top steak with coriander
lunch is done.
