Bowl meals: work lunches

This weeks lunches are bowl meals and using up ingredients in fridge pantry before groceries are done.

This week hubby gets different bowl meals. Each bowl has 1/2 cup jasmine rice, vegetables. See list of ingredients below.






Kimchi, cucumber, cherry tomato, carrot, Cleavers hotdogs, rice
Omelette with organic free range egg, pickled ginger, capsicum, pickled Vegepod cucumber, kale from Vegepod, cherry tomatoes, rice
This meal is cooked in microwave for 1-2minutes: Prawns, Mushroom, capsicum, Carrot, Asian greens (bol chow, snow peas, spring onion), galangal, rice
Heat for 1-2 minutes
Turkey steak, red onion, Cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, rice


Cleavers hotdogs, cherry tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, mushroom, rice
