Pizza 2 ways

Serves 2-4

Parmesan Toast
Pizza

Ingredients

1 large gluten free base spread in half with 2 different pizza toppings

on half put: 

2Tb pesto homemade sauce

1 handful of each Vegepod rocket and parsley

1 organic peach cubed

1tb Parmesan shaved

1 slice mild chorizo food works diced

 

Pizza 2 ways

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

on other half put:

1tb salt reduced tomato paste

3 cherry tomato halved

3 pitted olives halved

1 button mushroom sliced

1 cheek yellow capsicum

1tb lactose free cheese

1tsp oregano

1tsp thyme

Method:

bake pizza in preheated oven for 20minutes

cut each half into half

serve total of 1/2 pizza per person

Serve with homemade Parmesan toast
