Chinese: Chow mein vegetables

Chow Mein

Chow mein vegetables to use up vegetables and 2min noodles.

I don’t use the seasoning sachet that comes with noodles.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serves 4 ingredients

Throw away the seasoning sachet and keep the 2 min noodles

1Tb kepjap manis,

1Tb Thai oyster sauce,

1/2 Cup chicken stock,

2-3 cloves garlic,

1cm fresh ginger.

2 carrots,

2 celery stalks

1 onion,

2 zucchini,

2 bok Choy.

Method:

Cut vegetables in even size pieces

and stir fry with sauces until noodles are cooked.
