A Easy Dinner to prep in 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Chicken or Beef can be used for this recipe. I used Chicken breast and it was moist and tender. I have edited the recipe my daughter gave me to match what I had in the house at the time of making it. So this is my Sesame Soyu Chicken Stir-fry.
Recipe Serves 4
2 Chicken Breast Fillets
4 Chicken Tenderloins
2Tb Soyu Soy Sauce
1Tb Brown Sugar
4 Cloves Garlic
1cm Ginger Grated
1 Green Shallot with White Bulb
1ts Sesame Oil
1Tb White Sesame Seeds
1tsp Gluten Free Cornflour mix with 1tb water for slurry
Optional : Add Carrots, Broccoli and Cauli or steam them at the end of the 3hrs cook.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Turn onto High and cook for 3 hours.
Serve 1 Chicken Breast per person. and 1/2 cup of each vegetable with 2 ladles of the sauce from slow cooker.
Can be Served with Rice or on its own.
