Sauces: Italian

here are sauces I make for Italian cuisine

Béchamel- Classic White Sauce flour, butter into a rue then add milk off heat, stir until thickens then add cheese and nutmeg

Alfredo- see my recent post

Tomato- I use a paleo sauce recipe for this now.

Bolognaise – see recent post

Marinara – Passata with oregano, parsley, garlic

Pesto- Olive Oil, Basil fresh from vegepod, Pinenuts, garlic, Lemon juice
