I found a dark chocolate almond milk fat free so i used it instead of milk in normal pancake batter. Mix together 1 cup organic self raising flour, 1 organic free range egg, light pinch sea-salt, 1tsp raw sugar and 1 cup dk choc almond milk together until smooth batter. Spray non stick skillet with olive oil cooking spray and add 2tb pancake batter to pan. When it bubbles turn over cook further minute. Remove to warm plate and sprinkle 100% canadian maple syrup on top. You can make small or large pancakes. You could also swap the dk choc almond milk for coconut milk.
