Steamed fish

Steamed fish, basmati rice and steamed broccoli with garlic aioli and tomato sauce

 

Cook rice by absorption method (1 cup raw rice to 2 cups water)cook for 10min then fluff w fork. Do not drain rice water should be absorbed. Serves 4

Steam (150g bonrless skinless fish fillet per person) fish in microwave steamer 7min if frozen or 5min if defrosted.

Steam 1 cup broccoli for 4 minutes in microwave bowl (serves 2)

Mix 1Tb garlic aioli with 1Tb salt reduced tomato sauce in ramekin (*per person)
