Recipe cannot be copied from Vietnamese Food & Cooking Cookbook by Ghille   Basan  served with Jasmine Rice (90 second microwave pouch). Garnish with Fresh Coriander from herb pot. Recipe is Stir-Fried Chicken with Chilies and Lemongrass

My Substitutes for the recipe I didn’t have Thai red chilies so I used sambal oelek and chili jam.
