Todays easy Meals for the end of the weekend after a busy week were lazy ones, not much prep to do.
Breakfast: Cook toast and spread marmalade and margarine on it. Place jelly cup in small ramekin.
Lunch: Microwave for 3minutes Pete Evans healthy everyday pulled pork meal.
Afternoon tea: Cut vegetables into batons and place dip in ramekin
Dinner cook in preheated oven 180*C 40 minutes turn half way, on sprayed oven tray for fish and chips and rest cooked in skillet.
Breakfast : Soy and Linseed Toast with Proactive Margarine and Marmalade, Jelly and Peach Cup

Dinner: Oven Baked Fish and Chips, Steamed Broccoli with lemon juice and zest with tsp butter in microwave for 4minutes, pan cooked Red Capsicum and Garlic Mushrooms with Butter for a couple of minutes until cooked
Afternoon Tea : Finish the Dip from other day with Carrot, Cucumber and Capsicum Strips
