Hubby loves tuna salad wraps for lunch so I made different salad each time to go in it. Here are two ways to serve in Lebanese bread or without it.
Ingredients serves 1
2 Lebanese Wraps
90g Tuna drained
2 Handfuls rocket and baby spinach leaves
2 baby Tomatoes grown in vegepod
6 Slices cucumber
1/4 Avocado Sliced
Cut tomato lengthwise and cucumber into rings
Spread half mayo on each wrap
In Middle of wrap layer with leaves then top
with remaining ingredients
Roll up ends then roll the sides.
Same without mayo substitute Lite French dressing and omit Lebanese bread
