Honey Mustard Chicken

It’s not often I purchase sauce packets as I like to make my own. This one was on special at end of the year and still in used by date so I used it as I am in process of clearing out pantry items and freezer and fridge before doing more groceries which I do from time to time. it not only saves $ but clears out items with nearest used by dates.

Honey Mustard Sauce with Pan-fried Chicken & Steamed Veg

Ingredients serves 2

1 Honey Mustard Sauce Pouch

1Tb Coconut Greek Yogurt Gluten Free

1TB Honey

1TB Seeded Wholegrain Mustard

2 Chicken Breast Fillets

1 Sweet Potato cubed & Steamed

1 Cup Green Beans

4 Yellow Baby Squash


Cook chicken breast fillet in non stick skillet

Cook potatoes in steamer for 10 minutes

Steam other Vegetables in microwave bowl for 4minutes on high.

Make Sauce by opening sachet and add coconut Greek yogurt and honey and mustard.

Stir well in pot until heated through and serve in sauce jug

serve meal on heated plates
