Chinese:Beef & Celery Stifry

This recipe has been one I used for years and years and tweaked a bit this time. Sorry No Photo for this one. 

 

Ingredients Serves 2

250g Steak cut into strips

1 Onion Sliced

2 Celery Stalks cut on diagonal

1Tb Tamari Soy Sauce Gluten Free

1Tb Sesame Oil

1tsp Tapioca Flour

Method

Cut beef into strips if its not already done for you.

Coat in the tapioca flour then add oil to skillet and stir fry beef until almost cooked through

Add remaining ingredients to pan and stir fry.
