Tomato & Bacon Rissoles

Pre-bought tomato & bacon with onion rissoles. Pan fried in non stick skillet . Served with Steamed Vegetables. 

Tomato Bacon & Onion Rissoles with Gravy, Mashed Sweet Potato and Steamed Peas



Serves 2

4 Rissoles (*Pre-bought)

1 Sweet Potato

1 Cup Green Beans

1/4  Cup Gravox Gravy

1/2 onion sliced

1Tb Olive Oil



Preheat oven 180*C Fan Forced Oven

Cook rissoles in frypan in oil (*Watch they don’t burn) turn halfway when golden brown on one side.

Cook onions in same pan

then I place the Rissoles in preheated oven on baking tray and cook for 20minutes until cooked through

Meanwhile cut the potato into quarters and steam in microwave steamer for 10minutes then mash with rice masher

Cook the beans in microwave for 3-4 minutes on auto cook

Make gravy according to direction on packet

Serve on heated plates

(Meal Can be prepared ahead and reheated : reheat for 3minutes on serving plates in microwave.

Keep gravy in sealed container separate to cooked items  which will be kept in sealed container until needed in fridge)
