Moroccan Beans & Rice

Miroccan spice lifted this beans and rice as a good dish hot or cold.

Moroccan beans and rice

Ingredients serves 1 large serving bowl

1x 90sec pouch quinoa /brown rice

1x 90 sec pouch basmati rice

400g black beans (mexican)

400g organic red kidney beans

400g organic tomatoes

300g corn spears

1/2 cup cooked roast pumpkin cubes

1/2 cup cooked roast sweet potato cubes

1tb Moroccan spice

1tbs garlic powder

1tb ranch seasoning spices (*not sauce)


Cook rice according to directions on.packet

Drain beans in sieve under water

Add to bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well.
