prep done for a healthy breakfast tomorrow  before a very early start. All cooked in non stick skillet with 1Tb  oil. I will just reheat in microwave 2min in the morning.

Ingredients serves 1

2 chicken sausages

1/2 tomato

1 free range egg

1 sweet potato rosti see prev recipe

1/4 onion

1tb balsamic vinegar

1tb oil

Cook all in skillet with oil.
