Beef Strog with Coconut Milk

Beef Strog to use up mushrooms but I used Coconut milk instead of sour cream or evaporated milk which you could use instead. I added Quinoa/Brown Rice 90 second microwave pouch made 4 serves. Green Beans or Mixed Vegetables to bulk out the Strog. .

 

 

Strog Recipes serves 4

400g Steaks sliced in to strips

1 onion sliced

1 Sachet Tomato Paste salt reduced

1 Beef Stock cube salt reduced

1 cup water

1 Cup Chopped Mushrooms

1 sachet coconut milk powder(ayam)

1Tb Smoked Sweet Paprika

1Tb dried Parsley

1Tb Garlic Powder

1Tb Organic Plain Flour

Sea-salt and black pepper light pinch

1Tb Tomato Sauce

1Tb oil

 

Method

Slice beef and add to plain flour and coat well then pan fry in 1Tb oil

Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and stir well until beef is cooked through and sauce thickens.

1/ Rice/Quinoa

2/Pasta

3/ Toast

4/ Vegetables
