Fish Finger wraps became a favourite of mine when visiting relatives many years ago. I cooked these today in the convection microwave under the fish setting and were done in 3 minutes cooked in oven section of the microwave. Soo good and quick to prepare.
Ingredients Serves 2
1 handful Vegepod Fresh lettuce
6 Hoki Fish Fingers
2tsp Pickled ginger
2tsp norganic mayonnaise
2 wholemeal wraps
Place fish fingers into oven proof dish and put in convection microwave
Cook on the fish setting (Its oven cooked in 3 minutes)
Spread wrap with mayo then top with lettuce
Place fish fingers down the wrap lengthwise then top with ginger
Roll and enjoy.
