Smoothies: Banana & Chia

Trying out smoothie combinations has been a lot of fun. This is a quick healthy one for breakfast fix.

Ingredients serves 1

1/2 Cup Coconut water

1/2 banana (frozen)

1/2 tub lactose free yogurt

1tsp black and white chia seeds

Method: 

Place all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth
