Chili con carne without mince. Used chicken breast fillet instead of mince. The chili sauce made from scratch no packet mixes here. This is a family favourite dish we have grown to love.
Ingredients : serves 2 mains or 4 smaller meals
2 chicken breast fillets
400g organic red kidney beans
400g organic tomato crushed
1/2tsp chili powder
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
Dice onion and crush garlic add to pan.
Drain beans. Add beans, tomatoes and seasonings to pan.
Cut chicken in cubes add to pan
Cook on low stiring gently until chicken is cooked through.
