Salads: New Combos

Lovely light salads for summer time. They can be eaten on their own or as a combo as shown below.  Get your salad fix today. They are filling meals on their own.

Baby Corn, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Cucumber, Shallots (Salad combo #1)

To Make Salad Combo #1 : 

Ingredients 

1/8 Red Cabbage into thin strips

1 Organic Carrot julienne

1/4 Cucumber cut into thin strips

2 spears baby corn cut into 3rds

1 Green Shallot Sliced

1/2 handful bean sprouts

For Combo #1 Add : 

1 small Chicken Thigh Boneless/Skinless

1tsp Kepjap Manis Sweet Soy (Indonesian Soy)

1tsp Peanut Oil

Method

Cut ingredients as described. Place into a bowl and mix well then turn onto a plate

If Making it a combo :

Coat meat in soy and marinade for 10minutes while you prepare salad

then pan fry chicken in oil in non stick skillet 3-4 minutes on each side

then slice and add to salad.


To Make Salad Combo #2

Ingredients 

1/8 Red Cabbage Chopped thin strips

1 Organic Carrot Julienne

1/2 Stalk Celery Sliced on diagonal

2 Spears Baby Corn Cut into 3rds

1 Handful Walnuts Crushed slightly

1/3 Cup Crispy Asian Noodles

For Combo Add : 

100g  Organic Pork Fillet Steak

1tsp Kepjap Manis Sweet Soy (Indonesian Soy)

1tsp Peanut Oil

1Tb Homemade Plumb Sauce

Method:

Cut ingredients as described. Place into a bowl and mix well then turn onto a plate.

If Making it a combo :
