Chinese New Year starts in a couple of days and I wanted to eat out but all chinese restaurant were closed so i made my own. First time i have made plumb sauce and it was soo good.
Ingredients: small mason jar 330ml
6 plumbs deseded and diced
1Tb kepjap manis soy
1Tb brown sugar
1tsp ginger minced
Dice plumbs and add to pot with remaining ingredients.
Cook until plumbs have broken down to mushy.
Place in blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve with pork or duck or vegetables
