Sauces: Peanut Sauce 2018

I often make satay sauce but didn’t have enough peanut to do it so here is a adapted version I made. It can be used with crudités or meat or chicken or vegetables for gado gado or spring rolls..

Peanut Sauce 2018











1Tb Peanut Butter Crunchy

1tb Sweet Chili sauce

1Tb Tamari Gluten free soy

1 pouch galangal paste

1tsp garlic minced

1tsp Coriander seed

1tsp tamarind paste

1/2 lime juiced

1tsp coconut flour


Mix together in saucepan over low heat until it thickens.

Serve with accompaniments

1Tb Kepjap Manis

1tsp Brown Sugar

Serve with Crudités
