Only need 1-2Tb of the Coconut Cream Sauce for each serve. Steamed Fish teamed with Wombok Slaw. The slaw was to use up ingredients but only a few were needed to make it tasty. It doesn’t get much easier. Dinner ready in under 10minutes.
Ingredients serves 2
1/4 Wombok Cabbage Sliced
1 Green Shallot Sliced
1 Carrot Grated
1/4 Lebanese Cucumber Sliced into strips
Dressing : 1Tb Lite French dressing.
Slice the Wombok and cucumber and shallot and add to bowl.
Grate the carrot and add to bowl
Drizzle in the salad dressing and then mix well.
Serve with Steamed Basa (6 minutes in microwave steamer if defrosted)
and reheat 1Tb Coconut Cream Sauce per person in ramekin for 30 seconds.
