Bowl Meals 2018

Using up leftovers. This is a great breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The more colours the better for you. I recently heard you should be having 21 different foods from vegetables and fruits that are colourful a week.

7hr slow cooked BBQ brisket

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients Serves 1

50g 7hr slow cooker bbq grass-fed beef brisket

1TB baby pink kraut

1/2 Avocado

1 Carrot Grated

1 handful rocket

5 slices cucumber.

 

Method

Grate the carrot.  Cut the cucumber into slices.

Heat the beef in a small bowl for 1 min 30 seconds

Arrange the salad in the bowl as shown.

Then add the meat.
