I found some gluten free rolls in the shops so decided to make my own burgers. The rolls were nice toasted. Come in a 5 pack. I will definitely get them again if I see them.
Sweet Chili Chicken Burger
Ingredients serves 1
1 Gluten Free Roll
1 Herb & Garlic Chicken Pattie
1 Handful Coral Lettuce
Optional: 3 slices Cucumber
Optional: 1 1/2 Cherry Tomatoes sliced
1Tb Organic Mayo
1Tb Sweet Chili Sauce
Cook the patty in non stick skillet with cooking spray
Split the roll in half and toast it
Then spread mayo between both halves.
Top with lettuce, Slice cucumber and tomato and add to roll
Top with burger Pattie and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Top with remaining half of the roll.
It can also be served as a open hamburger or with chips and aioli
