Chinese: Garlic prawns

I love chinese garlic prawns. Each time i make it, its different.

Garlic king prawns

Ingredients serves 1

6 king prawns (Pre-Cooked)

1tsp organic butter

1 clove garlic

1tdp ginger minced

2Tb fresh homemade chicken stock  (see prev recipe )

1 handful coriander leaves


Place all ingredients in small skillet (i used non stick) and stir until garlic is cooked through.

keep an eye on the  prawns as they don’t take long and can be over cooked about 1 minute to cook through if they are cooked prawns.

Tip: If you buy green tiger prawns they are not cooked and turn pink when cooked.
