My Very last meal for 2017. I cooked this dinner to share a meal at church to end the year.
The garden salad is one I refer back to each time as it tasty and quick to prepare.
Garden Salad Recipe
1 Packet Mixed Leaves with Carrot
3-4 Tomatoes cut into wedges
1 Lebanese cucumber
2Tb Lite French Dressing or Poonsin Vietnamese Dressing
Slice tomato and cucumber
Mix together in bowl with leaves and dressing and serve.
