I love lamb but don’t have it often. I got some lamb steaks on sale and needed to use them up. Teamed here with Tossed Garden Salad and Aldi Alfredo Pasta was a nice combination for lunch. All cooking was done in pan fry.
Ingredients Serves 2
200g Lamb Steaks
1 packet Aldi Alfredo
1tsp Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce
1 Baby Cos Lettuce
6 Cherry Tomatoes halved
1 TB Pitted Olives
1/4 Lebanese Cucumber
2 Stalks Celery
1 Carrot Julienne with Julienne peeler (or just grate)
1Tb Lite French Dressing
To Cook Lamb: spray non stick skillet with cooking spray.
Cook until sides change colour then turn and cook for a further 2-3minutes or until done to your liking.
To Make Salad
Cut ingredients into even size pieces and toss with dressing in a bowl
To make Alfredo Pasta follow directions on packet
Serve on plate with Cranberry Sauce.
