Salads instead of maccas/salty tin food : prawn mango salad, asian slaw, garden salad w snags and eggs & mushrooms cooked over bbq/coals

Hot meals (noodles without salty seasoning replaced with sriarcha ) and snacks, organic baked beans/spaghetti jaffles, peanut and vegemite toast, tuna and crackers

Snacking : salsa w vege sticks, natural nut vars, fruit jelly cups, fruit pillow slice, cheese and crackers, water bottles, coconut water, kombuchaand herbal teas/coffee
