Tuscan meatballs 2 ways

Serves 4

1 tuscan pouch

1organic free-range egg

2Tb panko breadcrumbs

500g mince beef

400g diced tomato

1tb olive oil

Option

Penne pasta 1/3 cup per serve cooked

or

green beans 1/2 cup per person cooked

Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl then roll into teaspoon size balls (mine made 16 balls)

Then add oil to hot pan/wok and cook until almost cooked then add sauce  pouch and tomatoes cook until.meatballs cooked through.

Divide meatballs into 4 per serve. ladle 2 large serving ladel spoons of sauce to each container with 4 meatballs.

Add cooked pasta or beans
